At Carnegie Mellon, I worked with Dr. Diana Marculescu on low power energy aware computing and CAD tools for low power VLSI system design. My research included system level modeling of mixed clock FIFOs and pausible clock circuits in Globally Asynchronous Locally Synchronous communication systems for system-on-chip designs.

At University of California, Irvine, I worked with Dr. Sharad Mehrotra in trying to formalize a quality aware middleware system to reduce communication energy overhead in sensor nodes as a part of the Quasar project.
